Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Day one starts from the day you receive your item. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt, unfortunately, we cannot process your return request.
Conditions:

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item must be unused.

The packaging of underwear or socks must not be opened.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

The product must be returned as a complete set (including all accessories).

The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

All accessories, tags, and instructions that came with the original packaging must also be returned.
The following items cannot be returned:

Used products.
-
Products received more than 14 days ago.

Underwear and/or socks.

Discounted seasonal items, as they are not eligible for return or exchange.
If we receive a product that does not meet the conditions above, we will not process your return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you do not collect your package from the pickup location in time (usually within 7 days), the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
If you no longer wish to receive the package after it has been returned to us, we will deduct processing and return shipping fees from your refund.

If you fail to collect your package and/or do not return it correctly, we do not consider it a valid return.
