Free Shipping
We guarantee free shipping on your order. Our team has tested every product to streamline the delivery process and ensure that orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer, risk-free. The goods will be delivered by the seller to the shipping address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The shipping address provided by the seller during order processing will determine the transaction.
Delivery Time
Your order will be dispatched the next morning with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to follow your order step-by-step via the Track & Trace page. Our usual delivery time is 2–4 days. However, due to high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. As a result, the shipping time is currently estimated at 4–14 days. At the moment, we deliver 90% of orders within one week.
If your order has not arrived within the normal delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service! We’ll make sure your package arrives as soon as possible. MAIL-Zetten
Return Procedure
If the courier returns the product to the supplier because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer will bear the costs of the failed delivery. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the failed delivery. It also does not apply to return shipping costs when the customer is exercising their right of withdrawal. If the customer invokes the right of withdrawal, the seller’s return procedure policies regarding return shipping costs apply. Due to logistical reasons, it is not possible to personally collect the product from the customer.
